At Diabetes UK we are committed to providing consistently high standards of service to our customers at all times and have set out standards that tell you about the level of service you can expect to receive from us.
These standards also allow Diabetes UK to assess how well we are meeting customer needs and identify where improvements in our service can be made.
Our service standards have been developed in consultation with both customers and staff to provide an efficient and courteous service.
Diabetes UK has widely adopted these standards and will continue to work towards them to become a truly customer focussed organisation.
