Annual General Meetings (AGM)
Diabetes UK is the operating name of The British Diabetic Association, a company limited by guarantee. The legal members of the company are the members of the UK Advisory Council (UKAC). The AGM takes place during the annual conference of the UKAC.
The last AGM was held on Saturday, 27 September 2008 in Birmingham. The minutes of recent AGMs can be downloaded on the right.
Annual Public Meetings (APM)
Unlike the AGM, the APM is open to anyone interested in learning more about the work of the Charity. In 2008, the APM will be convened on Saturday 18 October 2008 in Leeds as part of the Volunteering Conference. The minutes of recent APMs can be downloaded on the right.
