We have a fantastic opportunity for an eCommerce and Trading Executive based within our Direct Marketing Team. Trading is a growing income stream and currently encompasses an online shop and print catalogue, although there is opportunity to expand this.

This is an exciting new role supporting the e-Commerce & Trading team with it’s work to raise income and build supporter relationships.

You will be responsible for managing our key third-party fulfilment suppliers, daily management of orders and stock control, both internally and externally.

You will be assisting with reordering stock as well as working alongside the eCommerce & Trading Manager sourcing, developing and buying new product. You will also have responsibility for ensuring that the Online shop is kept up to date with the correct photography and information.

Diabetes UK intends to provide its supporters with the finest shopping experience for diabetes related health care products, traditional charity trading products and insurance/financial services.  

You will have experience in an eCommerce role with strong supplier account management, strong communication and negotiation skills. You will have the ability to work under your own initiative delivering to multiple deadlines as well as being able to contribute to exciting new ideas within a team.
