Diabetes UK Review of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QoF) of the GMS Contract 2007
This paper serves as a summary of the Diabetes UK response to the review of the Quality and Outcomes Framework of the GMS contract. In addition to the submission we have also raised a number of issues that cannot be raised via the current submission process. Our submission incorporated many ideas as a reflection of our aim for a holistic approach to diabetes care that incorporates biomedical and other indicators.
