Online registration
Online booking is available now and you can access the form by following the 'Book Now' link on this page. You can make a payment by credit card or request an invoice. Please note:
- Group bookings cannot be made online; they must be done with paper forms. Please contact the Conference team to request a form.
- Students may register online. Once you have registered, you will need to post us a signed letter from the head of your department, on headed paper, confirming your student status. Post to: Conference team, Diabetes UK, Macleod House, 10 Parkway, London NW1 7AA.
- If you have trouble accessing the form online, please contact the Conference team.
Registrations will not be completed until we have received payment for the conference. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation letter outlining the details of your booking.
Please bring your confirmation letter to the conference as proof of purchase. Making your confirmation letter available to registration staff on the day will considerably speed up your registration.
