The provisional date for the online release of the 2014 Sponsorship and Exhibition opportunities pack (including exhibition floor plan, satellite symposia and promotional opportunities) is noon Wednesday 28 August. Applications for all opportunities will be accepted from noon Wednesday 11 September. The online application form will only be available from this time.
If you wish to receive confirmation of the pack release date and/or request a hard copy to be sent to you by post (4 September), please email the Conference team with your details.
