Delegates can now register for the Diabetes UK Professional Conference 2013 online via the 'book now' button found on the right hand side of this page.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card or an invoice can be requested. You may also request to pay by cheque but must post a cheque (for the full amount and with your name and unique booking reference written on the back) immediately after registering. You may also register by downloading the PDF registration form. Please note that if you use this method, it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your booking confirmation email.
If you wish to make a group booking of five delegates or more, you can now do this via the online booking form, meaning you will receive your booking confirmation email instantly. Alternatively, you can email conferences@diabetes.org.uk for a group booking form.
