Location: Whinfell Forest, Cumbria – Located in an expansive woodlands on the edge of the Lake District.

Travel: Sat nav postcode CA10 2DW; Penrith railway station – 5.8 miles.

Accommodation: Self-catering villas (as a team you will be involved in shopping and cooking for your villa. This is included in the event fee).

Activities: There are a variety and leisure activities to choose from, such as swimming, laser combat, paint balling and bowling. Each year there are excursions to local attractions and challenge activities. There will be cooking challenges and dedicated time for discussing diabetes issues specific to this age group.
