Collection boxes are a great way to raise funds for Diabetes UK.
There are two ways to raise funds using them:
- You can arrange to hold a collection on a particular day.
- Or you can hold a box in a fixed location over a period of time for example in a shop or office reception.
If you would like a collection box then do get in touch - we will send you a letter to sign and return to us, saying that you agree to adhere to our rules regarding the collection boxes.
A PDF of these rules can be downloaded from the right of this page, along with the Institute of Fundraising guidelines which they are in line with. Once we receive your signed letter we will despatch a box to you.
We will provide you with instructions on using a collection box and the equipment that you will need. Please bear in mind that you will need to seek the permission of your local council or of the owner or manager of the property if you are collecting on premises that are not your own.
