Following an overwhelming response from our wonderful supporters wanting to run the Virgin London Marathon 2014, we are happy to announce Diabetes UK will be promoting another fantastic Spring marathon: the Paris Marathon!

Taking place on Sunday 6 April 2014 - exactly one week before the London Marathon - the 26 mile route takes you past some of the most famous buildings in the World.
Starting on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, you will head around the Place de la Concorde before turning onto the Rue de Rivoli. You then pass the Louvre, the Place de la Bastille, looping around before following the River Seine, passing Île de la Cité and going under the Pont Neuf, past the Eiffel Tower
Unfortunately, we do not have any charity places for 2014, but are directing our wonderful supporters to the Sports Tours International website instead, where you can have a look at the package options available.
For early birds; if you choose to purchase a Sports Tours International accomodation package, you will receive your Paris Marathon entry for only £50.
If you were to choose to go ahead with the purchase of a package, we would love to have you join Team Diabetes UK and run the Paris Marathon is support of our work. Alternatively, we can discuss the possibility of Diabetes UK purchasing one of the smaller-scale packages for you and then setting you up with a minimum sponsorship target, if this were to suit.
