One person in the UK is diagnosed with diabetes every five minutes. By 2025 it is estimated that over four million people will have diabetes. With over two million people in the UK currently diagnosed with diabetes and over 500,000 who have the condition but don’t know it, Diabetes UK is asking for diabetes to be taken seriously.

We are asking you to work with us to make diabetes a priority for government and political parties – and to make it your urgent priority.
