Successful racing driver Paul O’Neill has Type 1 diabetes. When he was first diagnosed in 2003 his health looked like it might stop him racing. But after a year of taking good care of himself, he was back in the driving seat and continues to live his dream.

I think that far from holding me back, my diabetes has got me where I am today. After the set back of being diagnosed, I became even more determined to succeed.
