Diabetes UK Careline
Every day of the week, the Diabetes UK Careline offers advice and support to people with diabetes and their relatives, friends and carers at the cost of a local rate call from anywhere in the UK.
We answer around 45,000 enquiries a year mainly from people who have been recently diagnosed with diabetes.
All members of the Careline team have extensive counseling experience and are regularly updated with developments in the field of diabetes, to ensure that callers are always provided with accurate and appropriate information.
