Do you live in England or Wales, and want to be involved in an important national group about diabetes care?

This is an exciting opportunity for people living with diabetes to get involved in the National Diabetes Audit (NDA). The NDA aims to improve the quality of patient care by helping NHS organisations to:

• compare the care provided with similar NHS organisations
• identify and share good practice
• identify gaps or problems in services
• help identify progress in meeting national guidelines for good quality diabetes care.

We are currently looking for patient representatives from England or Wales to be involved in a 2 different groups.

We are looking for:

• Three people to join the footcare audit steering group
• One person to join the core audit steering group
