Walking is a great way to exercise, can be done at any pace and be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. Get together with your friends and family for a stroll around a park or a more challenging walk across the countryside. Whatever your ability or fitness level, there's something for everyone.

Can’t find a walk in your area – why not organise your own?
A Walk for Diabetes doesn’t have to be big or open to the public. You could organise one at your school or college, social or sports club. You could simply walk to work for a week or perhaps with colleagues at lunchtime. If you would like to organise your own Walk for Diabetes then just let us know and we can send you an information pack.
