NHS Hammersmith mid-project celebration

This was a lunchtime event to mark and celebrate the mid-point of the NHS Hammersmith Community Champion project.  Baroness Barbara Young, the Chief executive of Diabetes UK was also present. She gave a talk and then gave out certificates to the Community Champions as a record of their achievement to date. 

Juliet O’Brien was also presented with a certificate by Jeff Zitron, the Chair of NHS North West London, to acknowledge her contribution to the project.
