NHS Hammersmith and Fulham

Group picture of newly qualified Community Champions

Congratulations to all the new Champions that have been trained as part of the project  commissioned by NHS Hammersmith and Fulham and NHS Harrow.

They are all local people and representatives from organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham and will be helping to raise awareness of diabetes in their local communities.
