Isle of Arran
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Please note the original date for Bike n Hike has had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances - it is now rescheduled to Saturday, August 17th, 2013 (original date June 22nd).
The decision to move the event was taken due to extensive road repairs being carried out on a section of the planned route for the 55 mile cycle around Arran. These repairs are necessary following extreme weather on the island earlier in the year.
***
Come challenge yourself, friends or workmates, and be part of the action in the 2013 Arran Bike'n’Hike Challenge. Cycle 55 miles around the beautiful Isle of Arran, then, if you’re really up for a challenge, you can choose to climb the island's highest peak, Goat Fell, at 2867ft.
This is a unique event organised by GE Caledonian volunteers in aid of Diabetes UK Scotland, and funds raised from this event will go to support children's holidays.
Sign up now for the Arran Bike'n'Hike Challenge.
