To the best of our ability, we will ensure that the factory pays at least the minimum wage according to local government law, its workers are not forced to work more than 5 days per week, overtime worked is fairly remunerated and that under age persons are not employed. We wholeheartedly condemn any company who seeks to exploit its workers for its own commercial gain. With particular regard to silicon wristbands, which are manufactured for Stellar Marketing Ltd in China, all of these criteria have been comfortably achieved.
Stellar Marketing representatives have personally visited the principal supplier, and working conditions were found to be excellent, well above average, and staff welfare was a high priority.
