The 10K Runs are suitable for those who have run a few 5K runs previously and want to increase the challenge or in preparation for moving up to a longer distance.

The SABIC 'Tees Pride 10k' road race is suitable for runners of all abilities, taking in a route around Marton, Acklam and Grove Hill.
The 3k fun run is ideal for families and young runners and you can also run in fancy dress!
