Training plans

To support our runners we provide training plans to help you build up to your race, week by week.

Training plans are sent out with your pack when you register to run for Diabetes UK.

We will also add these plans to the website later this year.

If you are a registered Great North runner with Diabetes UK, we will email you a training plan each week for 15 weeks, along with tips to help you reach your fundraising target, train to reach the required fitness level, and motivate yourself to achieve your best.
