Welcome to week 14 of your training plan
The plan focuses on building your half marathon running specific fitness over 16 weeks so that by the end you are ready for your event. The plan is progressive but you can jump in at a position that matches your current training load if you are already training.
We will be sending out training plans for the next two weeks via email, if at any point you do not receive your email please contact us.
Contact businesses one last time to see whether they would like to be involved in sponsoring you. You can have their logo on your running vest while you are training or even throughout the Run. If you have a personal website or blog, you can also mention the company there.
Remember, we also have our Facebook page where you can chat to other runners in Team Diabetes UK, find out what fundraising events they are organising or involved and maybe give you some inspiration.
If family and friends are coming to support you please remind them of the cheer bus and the cheering point. more information from us on 01325 488606.
