Great North Run - training plan and tips - week fifteen

Welcome to week 15 of your training plan

The key to successful training is to build gradually. Everyone progresses at a different rate and your body takes time to adapt to the new demands that you make on it.

Hence, it is important not to allow your enthusiasm to override the components of a correctly structured training plan and to always allow sufficient rest and recovery between sessions.

We will send your final training plan next week. If you do not receive your email please contact us.

Gift Aid

On the sponsorship forms and on the online donations, your supporters will be asked if they would like to Gift Aid their donation. Please ensure that as many people as possible tick the Gift Aid box plus give their full name and address (postcodes are essential) as it allows us to claim an extra 25p for every pound raised.
