Swimming is a great way to improve your fitness, so why not set yourself a challenge and help raise vital funds at the same time?

Swim22

Swim22 is Diabetes UK's channel swim pool challenge and will see participants swim 22 miles (the distance across the English Channel) in the convenience of their local pool. The challenge will take place between 22 April and 22 July 2013. Find out more about swim22.
