Walk for Diabetes
Walks for everyone
During 2013 there will be a number of sponsored walks taking place across the UK to raise vital funds for Diabetes UK. We are also organising several for 9 June 2013 which is the start of Diabetes Week.
Why not gather together your friends and family for a stroll around a park or a more challenging walk across the countryside? There's something for everyone.
We are now taking registrations for the 2013 walks.
Find a walk near you
Walks are listed by region, below. Once you have found a walk that you would like to participate in, please fill in the online application form. You will then be sent additional information from your local walk organiser.

Why not organise your own walk?
It doesn’t have to be big, or open to the public. You can organise a walk in your school or social club; perhaps with colleagues at lunchtime; or simply just walk to work for a week. What ever way you would like to get involved, we can help you. You might like to raise sponsorship by setting up a Just Giving page or you may prefer to use a sponsorship form. The choice is yours.
If you would like to organise your own Walk for Diabetes then please contact us. We can send you an information pack, sponsorship forms, balloons and medals for you and everyone that will be taking part.
