Walks

Walking is a great way of combining gentle exercise with raising much-needed funds to help people with diabetes.

This year, our long running series Walk in the park is being relaunched as Walk the extra mile.

We have added new challenge events to the listings along with guided tours and ghost walks. The majority of these take place from late spring and throughout the summer.

We have also introduced other walks to our fundraising events programme, to offer a variety of ways to get walking in support of Diabetes UK.
