Accommodation
During the conference, hotel accommodation is primarily available at the Hilton Leeds City Hotel, Leeds. This is a modern hotel situated next to Leeds Central train station with all rooms equipped with air-cooling systems, multi channel satellite TV, in-room movies and internet access. The hotel has its own a fitness club, an indoor pool as well as a spa and a sauna.
Where to stay on Friday 17 October
Please note that accommodation on Friday 17 October is not provided as part of the conference package. Delegates requiring accommodation for the Friday night can book directly with the Hilton Leeds City Hotel by calling 0113 244 2000 and ask for 'reservations' or you can book via their website.
If you are booking accommodation separately with the Hilton and are also booking accommodation as part of the conference package for the Saturday night through us, please inform our conferences team to ensure your room remains the same for both nights.

Disabled access
The Hilton Leeds City Hotel, Leeds fully complies with disability regulations.
