Registration and cancellations

How to Register

Please read this section before completing your registration form:

  • one form must be completed for each participant
  • registrations, or alterations to registration forms will not be accepted by telephone, but must be submitted by post, fax, or email
  • if sharing a room, please indicate who you wish to share with – this person must also be attending the conference and must submit their own registration form
  • please include payment with your registration form if required (we are unable to book you a place until we receive payment)
  • please contact the conference team is you are unsure of which rate you should pay

Registration for the conference must be made by Friday 19 September. Registrations will not be accepted after this date.

Cancellations policy

Cancellations made on, or before 19 September will qualify for a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be made. Those delegates that have registered with no charge under the Voluntary Group scheme will be subjected to a £60 fee for cancellations made after the 19 September.
