It is easy to take part. You can call 01628 822271 to enter over the phone, or you can download and then print out the entry form and send it freepost to: Diabetes UK Weekly Lottery, Freepost (SL1651) P.O. Box 1127, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 3BT.

You can pay by credit or debit card. Paying this way means your entry is renewed automatically, which means we won’t need to write to you when your payment is due for renewal.

Or, you can pay by cheque or postal order. Return the form for free to our freepost address. You will receive confirmation of entry within 21 days. The letter will confirm the date of the first draw in which you will be included and details of your unique draw number or numbers.

Who Can enter?

Anyone aged 16 and over who lives in mainland Britain.

We regret that supporters living outside of mainland Britain (including Northern Ireland), cannot take part in our Weekly Lottery. This is due to Gaming Board legislation.
