Symptoms of hypos

Headache Feeling hungry
Blurred vision Heart racing
Going pale Feeling shaky
Tingling lips Tired
Sweating Not thinking clearly

How to treat a hypo

Glass of orange juice A glass of fruit juice - not squash.
Bottle of cola A small glass of a non-diet soft drink such as lemonade or cola.
Glucose tablets Three glucose tablets.
Jelly babies Five sweets - these should be jelly babies or similar.
