Transport
The Government will be able to set minimum standards for new public transport vehicles (taxis, buses, coaches, trains and trams) so that disabled people, including people who use a wheelchair, can use them.
Education
The Act ensures recognition of the needs of disabled people wishing to study and the provision of better information for parents, pupils and students.
