Here are just some of your thoughts:

Thank you so much for making this video! It should be broadcast. I am 16 and have type 1 diabetes, and I'm sure like many others I am sick of people linking it to obesity etc. I think if this was shown to everybody, young people like me wouldn't be as embarrassed to tell people they have diabetes like I am. Lisa

Excellent I wish this could be shown in all schools to educate people from a young age. My son has been diagnosed for 3 years now and at 15 years old will still not inject at school or tell all but a very very select few he has diabetes type 1. Joanne

This video makes me happy.  I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I feel that for
years the media have assassinated Type 1 Diabetics (eg misleading the
public by using small children as the 'face' of the Type 2 epidemic).  I
am hoping the video will begin to shift peoples attitudes.  I've never
had a problem with my weight but people who don't understand the nature
of Type 1 Diabetes like to assume that I used to have a weight problem
to be diabetic in the first place and I'm always left explaining that in
actual fact I've always been relatively fit and healthy.  There are many
a times that I wished it was possible to rename Type 1 Diabetes to
something else :-) Eliza

As a deaf person with diabetes I couldn't find how to turn the sound up and there was no subtitles. I am probably too old anyway for the video but there are young deaf people with diabetes, include them and make it possible for them to understand what was going on please Janette

"That is a really good point Janette and we'll certainly look at creating a version with subtitles. Watch this space." The Bendy Bus Team.

I think it's a good idea and enjoyed watching it, and it got the point across without losing a young persons intrest. my 15 year old thought it was cool! Anon

This short film is great but I wish you would show it on tv - my 13 yr old son has type one and I am fed up of people confusing type one with type two and assuming that he has it because he hasn't look after his health and he could have prevented itAnon

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for making this production, I really would love to see this film broadcast on national television.  I enjoyed the way the film discussed that Type 1 is not linked to obesity.  My son was age 4 when diagnosed, he's nearly 6 now and I've just recently sent a complaint to the Advertising Standards Agency regarding a TV advert that claims "you can reduce the risk of diabetes by walking 30 minutes each day." which has been shown on STV - a scottish channel.  I sent the complaint to hopefully get them to see that they are adding to ignorance if they don't specify which Type of Diabetes they are talking about.  What's worse, is that the advert is by the Scottish Government (take life on) !!  The ASA have got back to me stating the advert does not cause significant or widespread offence.
If there were more adverts on telly like your production, I'm pretty sure the levels of ignorance would be reduced and it's definetly the way forward.  I want my son to grow up in a society where he can feel that he doesn't need to explain his illness all the time. Dianne

Hey just wanted to say I loved the idea of the Bendy Busy film and loved watching it. Have you thought about putting it on youtube? Just then you'll get a bigger audience and people will be able to put it on there social networking sites they use, which will raise awareness!Anon

"The film is available on our YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/diabetesukcharity there are lots more videos to see there too!" The Bendy Bus Team
