Care survey results 2012

The following results are taken from an online survey run by Diabetes UK between 9 September and 9 November 2012, and are drawn from a total pool of 6,310 respondents. Please note that not all respondents answered every question, and a baseline figure has been provided for each.

We still want to know about the care that you receive, so please take a few moments to give us your feedback.
