The Year of Care has added the Diabetes UK Hot Topics service to their project to enable patients taking part in the Year of Care at Tower Hamlets, North of Tyne and Calderdale and Kirklees to send in their experiences of diabetes care.
Year of Care patients can email their hot topics, call the voicemail service (24 hours a day, seven days a week) or send in their hot topics using the paper feedback forms to the freepost Diabetes UK central office, London.
