What would you do if you were head of NHS Diabetes Services for a day? I’d have a day for partners of people with diabetes. There’s a lot of ignorance around and more people need to learn about the condition.
Who did you last talk to about diabetes? We officially launched my new cookbook last night so I spoke to several people about diabetes. It was astonishing how many people are buying it for their friends who have the condition.

Are you a member of a gym? No, but I do a lot of walking and gentle yoga – I call it ‘yoga for softies’!
