What happens if I have any payment queries?

The payment system matches your card number against the information you have been given and the bank system. If it is rejected, please check that your name, billing address, card number and expiry date are correct. If they are all correct and your payment is still not going through, or if you have any other problems, please contact our Customer Services team during office hours on 0845 123 2399 or email customerservice@diabetes.org.uk
