Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow 2013
Our Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow continues to visit locations across the East of England, providing information about how leading a healthier lifestyle can help reduce your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
On the day activities include: free diabetes risk assessments, a 'healthy eating' marquee and physical activity demonstrations. If you'd like to know more now, then check out our Type 2 diabetes information.
So, if you are concerned that you or someone in your family might be at risk, or you want to learn about leading a healthier lifestyle, then please pop along to one the locations listed below.
We are holding a number of Roadshows throughout 2013 in order to raise awareness and help those at risk of Type 2 diabetes:
