Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow 2013
During 2013, our Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow will visit 9 locations, providing information about how leading a healthier lifestyle can help reduce your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
On the day activities will include: free diabetes risk assessments, a 'healthy eating' marquee and physical activity demonstrations.
So, if you are concerned that you or someone in your family might be at risk, or you want to learn about leading a healthier lifestyle, then please pop along to one the locations listed below.
We will be visiting Halifax, Middlesbrough, Bridlington, Bradford, Scunthorpe, Hexham, Chester Le Street, Sheffield and Newcastle.
