Are you 16-25, living with Type 1 diabetes and want to make a difference?

Diabetes UK Scotland is committed to involving Young People and believes that Young People are the best placed to inform us about the issues that affect them.

So what's in it for you then?

The chance to meet other Young People and get training on everything from First Aid to involving others and you’ll get a Volunteer Award too!

Things you might want to think about first!

  • We want to work with Young People from all over Scotland
  • The project will last for one year
  • All travel and essential expenses will be paid (even if you live in Orkney!)
  • The group will meet once a month
  • You’ll have the chance to go on a 5-day residential
  • You’ll get to organise a National Conference for Young People
