Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow 2013
Our Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow will be visiting eight busy town centres across the South East region in 2013, to provide information about how leading a healthier lifestyle can help reduce your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
On the day activities will include a free Type 2 diabetes risk assessment, physical activity area and healthy eating marquee with dietitian and free fruit.
So, if you are concerned that you or someone in your family might be at risk, or you want to learn about leading a healthier lifestyle, then please pop along to one the locations listed below.
