There are many ways you can help us to raise vital funds and awareness, so we can improve the lives of people with diabetes and work towards a future without diabetes.
Why not hold a Tea for diabetes event or have a Denim for diabetes day at your workplace or school? Or does you local pub/club hold quizzes or play skittles? Why not
hold a fundraising evenving for Diabetes UK. We can supply all fundraising materials and support.
Events
Raising money for research and for Diabetes UK's work is an important part of our activities in the South West.

A big thank you to our 82 Santa's who took part in our first-ever Santa Dash in Bristol on Sunday 6 December.
The Santa Dash saw Santas of all ages accompanied by several dogs and a sleigh, crossing the Bristol Clifton Suspension Bridge and 'dashing' their way around Clifton.
The youngest was only a baby in the tiniest of Santa suits! Sunday shoppers were amused at it all and several children stood staring open mouthed, especially at the sleigh, beautifully constructed by volunteers.
The sun shone just for the duration of the dash and allowed the Santas plenty of time to gather over mince pies, fruit and gingerbread men at the end of the run. It was a very festive sight.

Diabetes UK has a range of fundraising and awareness materials to support your event. The majority of these items are available free of charge to supporters. We will endeavour to deliver your order within seven working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
