Challenges
Diabetes UK South West
Are you a seasoned fundraiser who fancies a step up from gentler events? Or maybe you're already a thrill seeker and want to help a good cause at the same time?
One thrill seeker was our intrepid octogenarian supporter, Neill Evans who successfully completed a sky dive in aid of Diabetes UK the day after his 80th birthday. Neill has had diabetes for 52 years and wanted to demonstrate that diabetes need not limit your lifestyle, as well as raise money for Diabetes UK. Well done Neill, and thank you for the £790 you raised.
Whatever your motivation, we welcome your support. We have a range of challenges on offer, including abseiling, zip slides, parachuting and white water rafting - all raising desperately needed funds to help people with diabetes.
If no forthcoming events are listed below, please check back later - new events are added regularly.
Forthcoming events
Some people jump out of a plane for kicks, others pluck up the courage for a good cause – you can combine the two with Diabetes UK.
For further details, please contact your local Diabetes UK office.

Diabetes UK have signed up to this campaign as regular exercise is beneficial to the prevention and management of Diabetes and its related complications.
