Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow 2011
Over the next two years, our Healthy Lifestyle Roadshow will visit 70 locations, providing information about how leading a healthier lifestyle can help reduce your risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
On the day activities include: free diabetes risk assessments, a 'healthy eating' marquee and physical activity demonstrations.
We are working in partnership with MEND on this roadshow tour, so at many of our roadshows there will be an opportunity to sign up to a structured weight loss programme.
So, if you are concerned that you or someone in your family might be at risk, or you want to learn about leading a healthier lifestyle, then please pop along to one the locations listed below.
These roadshows have been funded by a £414,000 donation from the Big Lottery Fund.
