Volunteer opportunities

Interested in volunteering for Diabetes UK?

Here’s what you can do.

For a list of all of our volunteering events planned for the year ahead, please download the Volunteer Opportunities 2013 form in the right hand column of this webpage.

If you complete the form and return it to us, either by post or email, we will register your interest and be in touch with further information about the events you are interested in volunteering at.  Please remember to make a note of the dates in your diary.

For more information on what is involved in volunteering at a Diabetes UK event, please download the Event Volunteer and Risk Assessor role descriptions in the right hand column.  Application forms can also be downloaded and returned to us either by post or email.

For further ways to get involved as a Diabetes UK, please read on.

Could you use your experience of living with diabetes to improve the quality of diabetes care? By joining Diabetes Voices you could use your time and experience to help influence politicians, policymakers and the NHS to make a real difference to the quality of diabetes care.

Diabetes Voices work with us to campaign and influence for improvements in diabetes services and care across the UK. By getting involved and raising your voice you can change lives and futures. Please give us a call for more information, or go to our website http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Get_involved/Diabetes-Voices/
