Diabetes UK South West has a fantastic team of volunteers whose role is vital to the work of Diabetes UK. Thank you to all our volunteers who help us support those living with diabetes and work towards our vision of a world without diabetes.
Our volunteers give up a great deal of time to support our work by raising awareness, fundraising, campaigning, engaging with the NHS to improve care and services and running voluntary groups. There are hundreds of ways for people to get involved with the work of Diabetes UK and here are a few of our volunteers sharing their stories.
