A survey was sent out to our members in the South West regarding satisfaction on the service being received in treatment of diabetes.
The attached report (PDF,432k) shares the views of 314 patients with diabetes in Somerset, on their experiences with the service and it makes comparisons with a previous satisfaction audit carried out in 2011.
It looks at the recommendation and actions for the coming year.
