Aims
The MSc in Diabetes provides a programme dedicated to those who specialise in diabetes.
It aims to give GPs, hospital doctors, specialist nurses and other health professionals involved in the care of people with diabetes, the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high quality care.
The education programmes provided by the University of Warwick can help to support nurses to fulfil the Integrated Career and Competency Framework for Diabetes nursing which has been established between the professional bodies representing nurses who work in diabetes care.

Entry criteria
First degree or equivalent and current registration as a health care professional plus at least two years post registration experience in Diabetes. Candidates without a degree may be admitted to a Postgraduate Award (PGA) and may progress to an MSc upon successful completion of the award.
Achievement assesed
All students will be required to complete a dissertation or a professional project in their final year.
