PCT support services

Diabetes UK has developed a range of commissionable services designed to help Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) develop their diabetes services in order to engage and support those living with the condition, as well as the people at risk in their area.
 

The services available include:

• Diabetes Awareness Training
• Risk Assessment training
• Culturally specific resources - for both language and religion
• User involvement strategies

The services can be tailored to meet your specific requirements and Diabetes UK is able to offer flexibility with regards to the specific dates of project commissioning and delivery.
