Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

Central London Community Healthcare Trust (CLCH) provides health services across four London Boroughs: Barnet, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster. Diabetes UK are working with CLCH as they look to improve the initial take-up and retention for their structured education programme, and refresher courses.

Between April and July 2013 we will be hosting a range of focus groups within the different boroughs to ask people with diabetes what would encourage them to attend the education programme. The focus groups will reflect the diversity of the population of the localities to ensure a broad range of views are captured. The Structured Education programme delivered by CLCH is currently being considered for re-commissioning. These focus groups will provide people with diabetes an opportunity to influence what is commissioned in future.

For further information about the Improving Local Services Together Project, please get in touch with the team on 020 7424 1035 or ILSTProjectTeam@diabetes.org.uk.
