Engagement events are a useful way to engage people on a one-off basis. You can use them to talk to your service users about their experiences, particular issues, the need for change and a whole range of other topics. You may find, however, that one event does not allow enough time to explore in more depth some of the issues that arise, and that a series of events may be more appropriate.
